January 2008 Update

To start the New Year, here are some pictures of Ven Bunsim distributing copies of "Buddhist Ethics in Daily Life " in Battambang, the 2nd largest city in Cambodia, located in the south-western part of the country.  Special thanks to Teoh Thean Yong and his friends in Kedah who contributed towards the sponsorship of this book.

Next Publication

The next book planned for publication is the book "How to  Overcome Your Difficuilties" by the late Ven K Sri Dhammananda. As far as is known, this is the only book of the Ven that has been translated into Khmer.  This publication is bi-lingual (English /Khmer) and is intended to be distributed to young Cambodians who apparently would be more keen to read bi-lingual books as a means to improve their English. The Buddhist Maha Vihara, Brickfields, Malaysia has kindly agreed to sponsor the cost of this publication. We hope to get it ready by March.
