Another 3,000 copies of "Good Question Good Answer" was reprinted  in May. This is the 3rd reprint of this popular book.  It was made possible through the private sponsorship of Mr Teh Chi Chang in memory of Mr Teh Kong Hai. 

Pictures on the left are from the recent Dhammacarika Ordination Youth Camp organised by the KYEBC for 300 youths (150 boys and 150 girls) in Wat Puek, Puek Commune, Siem Reap province in April.  Each participant in the program was given a copy of the book "Good Question Good Answer" from our earlier reprint. 5,000 copies of Gihi-Patipatti (Practice for Lay-People) are currently in print and will be ready by 20 June. The colour of the cover was changed from the original grey to make the book appear more attractive. The books will be offered to the National Inspector of Buddhist Education who will then distribute them to students in Buddhist high schools in the capital as well as in the provinces.

In a new initiative, DAC provided scholarships for 4 monk students studying at the Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University.  This is a monastic university which provides Cambodian Buddhist monks with in-depth knowledge of Buddhism, Pali and relevant fields and train them to become qualified teachers and leaders. Read more.  The bio-data of the 4 recipients will be added to this update at a later date.

The 4 scholarships were donated through the private sponsorships of Lim Cheng Jeen, Yong Kwok Jun and Lee Yu Ban.
